If I could rate more than 5 stars I absolutely would. When I had my consultation appointment I walked in and was greeted by two absolutely amazing people who were very welcoming and friendly. The office was cleaned beautifully and they were very helpful. Dr. Chance explained everything to me calmly and very thoroughly. I was informed about every option I could do and how much the procedure would cost. When I walked in I was extremely anxious and terrified, when I walked out I felt confident and relieved. When I arrived for my surgery Dr. Chance and the assistants were very patient with me and they explained everything to me in detail as they were doing it. They were very accommodating and played music for me to help calm me down and ease my mind. After the procedure was done they provided me with post care instructions and called a few hours later to check in on me to see how I was doing. This was the first procedure I have ever had done and I can say with confidence this was the absolute best place I could’ve gone to. ALL of the staff were amazing and I can’t thank them enough! This is a perfect team! Thank you to everyone!

I cannot say enough good about this practice and Dr. Chance. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I was thoroughly informed of my options and the likely costs in advance, and again the day of the surgery. I ended up getting it done with nitrous, so I was awake. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Chance was very encouraging and explained what to expect at each step, and why she was doing each step. She even noticed that I had some breakthrough feeling before I even had a chance to tell her, and immediately gave me more novacaine. Someone briefed my husband on recovery in addition to thoroughly explaining it to me and giving me a handout, making it much easier to remember and follow the instructions.

My 11 y.o son had some teeth extracted for braces. Dr. Chance explained the procedure in great detail and made sure my son was comfortable with moving forward with each step. The whole procedure was fast with minimal discomfort. I can tell Dr. Chance is not only an amazing surgeon but also someone who really cares about her patients and goes into great lengths to make sure they have the best possible experience. The office was extremely clean, organized and professional. We could not have asked for better experience! Highly recommended!

I went to Allen's Creek Oral Surgery for an expose and bond procedure on 02/06. During the consultation, Dr. Chance and the other staff explained everything very thoroughly. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful in answering my insurance questions. The procedure was a very comfortable--even pleasant--experience. I chose to have laughing gas during the surgery. Dr. Chance and the nurse put on music for me and spoke to me and to each other in a calm, comforting tone. I will be returning in the future to get my wisdom teeth out.

I waited 20+ years to get my wisdom teeth pulled, I knew they eventually would have to go as they were impacted however they never really caused me problems until Mid December 2019. I went to my local dentist and she said they had to go asap, she referred me to Dr. Chance at Allens Creek and I am so glad this is where I ended up going to get my Wisdom Teeth removed, 2 days before Christmas. Everyone in the office was super friendly and professional, I was a bit nervous however they put me at ease. The entire procedure went smooth and I healed up nicely and quickly. Dr Chance followed up with me 2 times after the Surgery and was super friendly. If you have the opportunity to go here for your oral surgery needs, don't hesitate!
